# Dashboard Overview
The Faktevo dashboard is your central hub for monitoring invoice automation and managing your account.
## Key Metrics
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see four important metrics:
### Invoices This Month
The total number of invoices generated in the current calendar month.
### Success Rate
Percentage of invoices successfully created without errors. A healthy rate is 98%+.
### Total Revenue
Sum of all invoice amounts for the current month. This reflects your processed Stripe payments.
### Avg Processing Time
Average time between receiving a Stripe payment and creating the invoice. Usually under 2 minutes.
## Recent Transactions
Below the metrics, you'll find a table of your most recent transactions showing:
- Stripe charge ID
- Customer name and email
- Amount charged
- Invoice status (Completed, Processing, or Failed)
- Timestamp
Click any transaction to view full details including the invoice number and download link.
## Quick Actions
Use the quick action buttons to:
- **View All Transactions** - See your complete transaction history with filtering
- **Sync Now** - Manually trigger a check for new Stripe payments
- **Update Settings** - Quickly access your configuration
## Status Indicators
Transactions are marked with status badges:
- **Completed** (Green) - Invoice successfully created
- **Processing** (Yellow) - Currently being processed
- **Failed** (Red) - Error occurred, click for details
## Navigation
Use the sidebar to access:
- **Dashboard** - Main overview (you are here)
- **Transactions** - Full transaction history with advanced filtering
- **Settings** - Account, integrations, and invoice configuration
- **Help** - Access our knowledge base
## Tips
- Check your dashboard daily to monitor your success rate
- Investigate any failed transactions immediately
- Use filters in the Transactions view for detailed analysis
- Keep your integration credentials up to date in Settings
